this is my 2A3 PSE DIY amp, using EF37A  as driver in Triode Mode and two 2A3 end Triodes, the rectifier is a CV1039 from Brimar.
Trafo is from Leszek Ogonowsky and the Outputtransformer is an CC Core from Experience Electronic from Germany,
actually I was thinking and making the amp with AD1, using 4683 Philips 350V AD1, but than it was to much costly, even I have the tubes at home and I tried it and in comparing the sound, it was okay for me, to change to 2A3 which are almost same, just difference in the heater voltage and current.

The driver is Mullard EF37A in Triode mode, the amp is completely silent which I like best. Hum is not what I want. I use Caps in the power stage from Fisher and Tausche and JJ, and for Coupling its Duelund 0,22uF, the choke is from Hammond and also the second choke which I use for the the driver section, the heater is 5V Trafo for each tube and with some 1,2Ohm resistor it goes down exactly to 2,5V for the 2A3 from China

The CV1039 as rectifier is same like UU5, and is very nice because of the slowly starting the voltage, bringing the full Voltage after 30 seconds when all heaters have already done the necessary work,

the clarity cap in the loading section is the possibility to change the sound, I use them because I have them, and the make the sound fresh and lively but I already think of finding some other one
